I have been using this for over 2 months and so far so good. Love the 5th burner for keeping things warm. I also love the pre-heat feature that tells you the temp of the oven as it is warming up. The only thing I have trouble with is when you turn on the timer or oven you have to remember to push the "ok" button after setting the temp. I have turned it on so many times and walked away thinking it was warming up only to find out it shut off since I didn't press the button after. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

It took almost 2 months longer to get because of being backorder. The oven door had very sticky stuff along the top edge on the glass and the inside glass on the oven door has finger prints from when it was put together, which I can't clean off!

I purchased my electric range a couple of weeks ago, the look and the knobs, and dials are very nice. I am happy with the way it works. However, when it comes to wiping the stove top clean after use, it doesn't clean easy. I wipe and wipe to no conclusion. This is quite frustrating. I only use recommended cleaning items. If there is another recommended cleaner, I would appreciate it! Otherwise, I am a happy Camper!

I love the look of the range but I am sorry I did not think to ck out more of its features. It has been so long since I had a new range, It didn't occur to me that certain features are not the same anymore. Unless I specifically turn on the oven light, there is no light when you open the oven. That means if you turn it on, then it is on all during baking unless you turn it off. I also don't like the not user friendly way to get the bottom drawer open. It is hard for fingers and sharp. And the top requires soft scrub to sit on top with a special sponge to clean even water off. I feel very stupid for not thinking of these things ahead of time so I could have orderd up

I am so glad my other range broke down as this one is GREAT! We bought a silicone sheet to put on the top to protect it from scratches. It is so nice to have the oven heat up instantaneously as well as the burners. You don't have to preheat the oven before using it. I love this range!

This is not a false, inappropriate, inaccurate, or untrue or unsafe review. It™™s an open and honest review of what I received and what I got from Whirlpool. I bought a range brand new from Whirlpool. It arrived broken, the glass is all messed up and I can™™t use a burner. I™™ve tried to get them to bring a replacement. The ones unboxed at my home, also damaged. They continued to cancel my orders and deliveries. They offered a partial refund that I never received. They sold me this product, they know it™™s broken/damaged. And Whirlpool never did anything to fix it or help me get a new one. I bought a broken range. Thanks Whirlpool for stealing my money by giving me damaged goods and never fixing it. That was three months ago. I will never buy a product from you again, not that you care about customers anyways. So yes, I bought a range, and I have a top that doesn™™t work correctly, and whirlpool has literally done nothing to make it right. Maybe I™™ll post this review in a few places, since you want others to know how wonderful your service and products are not!

Absolute Garbage, died in less than 3 years

Moved into a brand new house, purchased all new appliances. This was the only one to die so far, giving an error code 'F6 E1'. Not sure why they even bother giving error codes, because it just translates to 'Maybe there's something wrong with the wiring', which is about as useless of a message you can get. Support was also useless, and seemingly exists just to point us to a $150 service call (Plus equipment fees). Both the model and Whirlpool as a brand were a serious let down, I feel completely scammed as when we were shopping we were told this was a decent brand.

I bought this from Nebraska Furniture Mart a month ago to replace a 30plus year old oven which conked out. It is full of bells and whistles which I haven't used yet. I like the timer so you don't have to guess how long it takes to cook something. Also the temp is easy to set and you can preheat the oven, it shows the exact temp until you're ready to put the food in. I recommend it to anyone in the market for a new oven.

Forget About Honoring Warranty

After about a15 months I had an intermittent problem with the control panel. It was serviced. Six months later I had a problem with a burner going out. It was serviced. Just before thanksgiving 2021 the control panel went out again only this time it only stayed up for about a minute rendering the oven useless. After two months of Costco concierge wrestling with Whirlpool Whirlpool flat out refused to surface the range under a factory warranty. To it's credit Costco allowed me to return the two year old range to the store for a full credit and I purchased from Costco online a Samsung range for approximately the same price that feature and performance wise runs rings around Whirlpool. Thumbs down to Whirlpool and thumbs up to Costco and Samsung. If anyone from Whirlpool read this I would love for them to contact me.

Our 23 yr old range died and we weren't thrilled about getting a replacement with a smooth surface cook top, but options are limited these days. The range looks nice, both the oven and cooktop work fine, but it's a daily chore to keep the cooktop clean. I should have done more research on the steam clean option (this oven does not self clean using high heat). You pour 12 ounces of water in the bottom, press the Steam Clean button and after 50 minutes, it is supposedly any residue can simply be wiped off. It was a total waste of time and electricity as the small amount of minor spills were not impacted (For the first time since I can remember I will have to purchase some oven cleaner). If you do experience any spills with this oven, clean them up as soon as the oven cools down, or you will be stuck with a hard to clean mess.

I had this range for two days and returned it. After fixing french fries for 20 minutes at 475 degrees, the door of the range and the top surface around the edges were so hot that you couldn't touch the stove. If a child is in the house, this is too much of a danger! Would not recommend.
