We bought this about 2.5 months before it was delivered as it was back-ordered. But I really wanted the black stainless steel so it was worth the wait for it. Our refrigerator is so lovely and it has tons of room inside. I'm constantly surprised by how much I can put inside it after grocery shopping. We especially like the LED lighting inside too. Everyday we exclaim how pretty it is in our kitchen and how happy we are that we selected it!

We had our new fridge delivered Dec 30, 2025. Unfortunately after looking for several months we decided to go with the whirlpool brand and we are so disappointed at this point. We received it with foam coming out of many of the seams, a flaw in the front top right door and a gouge in the freezer door handle. Replacement doors have been shipped to us and upon inspection the doors have many flaws. What has happened to quality control and inspection before sending. It has taken up so much time and has been a very stressful situation.

My Whirlpool was delivered 9 days ago. All features started up right away. It has been reliable and is certainly an attractive appliance. My favorite feature is the internal water dispenser. I no longer need the huge Brita water pitcher that took up a lot of shelf space and was heavy to lift.

Inefficient with Space

This refrigerator is okay but for the price it is nothing special. It has only three shelves each side instead of four so I have to adjust to less space. The shelves don't slide out towards you. The doors are not level with each other which is frustrating but hopefully we can find a way to take the doors off and adjust that. Over all it does work and I like that the water doesn't take up a lot of space in the door.

Nice looking and basic refrigerator, however, the shelves are very thin/ cheap--one shattered as we removed the packing styrofoam pieces that held up the shelf. Very disappointed by that! The drawers also need an extra push to close all the way.

Great Fridge for a smaller kitchen

I bought this fridge a week ago, really like it alot. Only issues I have is the water filter takes up alot of the top shelf. Would probably been better if it was located on the back of the fridge to eliminate wasted space. I enjoy the have the freezer on the bottom, and the two french doors side by side. It seems to provide more room than the previous double door refrigerator. We love our new fridge. It is very convenient to store and find our food, especially like the cheese/meat storage tray that pulls out at the bottom of the cabinet. Good adjustable shelves and nice size and depth of the door bins. Overall plenty of space, easy to use temperature controls. Only thing we would change is that we wished we could have ordered it without the ice maker (which takes up valuable space) which we can™€™t use because of no water access where the fridge is. Also we just don™€™t like those extra gadgets which are just another thing that can break down.

I bought this fridge.. not through home Depot but I want to leave reviews everywhere with this fridge for sale sooo that no one else has to go through what we've went through. Where do I begin we bought our first home back in August. The kitchen needed to be redone. We wanted all brand new appliances since the kitchen was going to be redone. So we went out in September and looked to see what our local furniture store had. I purchase from them as they have an amazing extended warranty. We found everything we liked. I thought whirlpool was a good brand soo I didn't even think twice. We paid asked if they'd hold the appliances as we don't have much storage for 4 brand new appliances. Anyway November came and our reservations started and we were like when do you guys think we should have the appliances delivered. They said around the end of November. So we got them delivered on November 28th.. now our kitchen wasn't finished but getting so close to Christmas I wanted to make sure that I had the appliances to be able to use my kitchen for Christmas.!! My kitchen wasn't finished till December 18th... My fridge that I bought brand new ... Didn't get hooked up till then. Now it seemed so good. It worked perfect and all!.. On January the second we woke up and went to the kitchen and the fridge was making a very weird sound.. so we check the temperature in the fridge and it's going up and I'm like it's broken.. so we call whirlpool that morning.. January 2nd.... They are like we can get a repair guy out as soon as possible ok.. thanks. Soo we have to wait till Friday for the repair guy. The repair guy comes and says.. it's the compressor... Soo here I am.. right now on January 31st and my fridge is still in my brand new kitchen not fixed. And no one's willing to do anything for me besides make me wait for a new part to get put in. I don't understand how we expect people to not have fridges to use.. soo do we expect for everyone in the world to have two fridges just in case one goes out. I'd 100% not recommend anyone to purchase this fridge but I would actually recommend you to stay completely away from Whirlpool and anything to do with this company. I'll never ever ever ever buy this again. It's just not good enough for me...

I am currently waiting for new parts for this refrigerator purchased on October 23, 2023. They will be here tomorrow to install the new shelf and cover for the cold cut draw. I feel the new parts should arrive before I comment on this item.
